R&d center was established in 1987. The center, consisting of six labs, conducts various activities including manufacturing of flavor, food materials, key base, enzyme, thermal flavors, cloudy and so forth.
By localizing compound flavors for foods, which had been dependent on imports in the past, the center realizes international competitiveness, in-time delivery and the best quality for the products, leading the domestic flavor manufacturing technology.
Thanks to the excellent researchers and state-of-the-art equipment, the R&D center has continuously developed products satisfying the customers requirements. Now, the center provides tailor-made products carefully fulfill customers' needs, based on vast amount of formula in its information system. One of the strengths of the center is producing special flavors such as pear, melon, chestnut and plum, some of which has gained great popularity in domestic market. The center uses only hygienically safe raw materials approved by the center's material library, which boasts thousands of raw materials samples. |
